WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO WE HAVE?
Justin Caird-Daley is a graduate from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland with a BEng (Honours) Engineering degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering.
In addition he has an MSc from Cranfield University, England in Ergonomics (Human Factors) and Safety at Work
WHAT DESIGN STANDARDS DO WE USE?
All boat designs are designed as required for compliance with the current European Recreational Craft Directive (RCD) 2013/53/EU that came into force in January 2016.
Standards issued by the International Standards Organisation (ISO) used in the design process include but are not limited to:
NS-EN ISO 12215 Parts 1-9 (Small Craft - Hull Construction and Scantlings)
NS-EN ISO 12217 Parts 1-3 (Small Craft - Stability and Buoyancy Assessment and Categorization
